A fine pair of French Mid C glass and brass Maison Jansen side or Bout de Canape stretchered tables. Of exquisite design and wonderful proportions these tables are truly versatile , equally at home at the end of a sofa or armchair as drinks and lamp tables or striking and useful bedsides. In solid brass with reeded legs, tapered feet, united by a beautiful curved two part stretcher and center ball finial. The original heavy plate glass sits on a separate polished brass insert as an extra touch of quality. Simple, elegant and timeless design and getting harder and harder to find, particularly in pairs!
