A Vintage French Mid C Two Tier Steel and Faux Marble Table

This unusual vintage French mid-century table showcases striking design and exceptional build quality, featuring hard-to-find polished steel and nickel components. Craftsmen constructed this substantial piece with durability in mind, resulting in a heavy and robust table that offers both style and strength. Nicely detailed beaded collars meet elegant neoclassical reeded column supports, the whole structure rises to meet plain, turned, tapering finials—an uncommon and distinctive design detail that sets this table apart from typical mid-century pieces. Two thick, heavy cream faux marble tops complete the design, adding contrast and visual impact while enhancing its decorative appeal. This versatile French mid-century occasional table works beautifully as a drinks table, display table, sofa end table, or bedside table, making it ideal for both contemporary and period-inspired interiors. A rare and eye-catching example of mid-century French design with neoclassical influence.
