This rare French Bouillotte standard floor lamp, dating to circa 1920–1930, reflects a classic design originally created to illuminate a card table for the game of Bouillotte. Crafted in solid brass, the lamp displays nicely reeded columns and refined styling details that combine to create an understated yet opulent appearance.
The lamp features four branching lights, each individually switched to allow flexible and practical illumination. A cast iron weight concealed within the base provides excellent stability, ensuring the lamp remains both functional and well balanced.
